Marysville's new coach Bob Klock guided the Tomahawks to third place in League play. This entitled them to a berth in the district tournament. The Tommies closed their season with an 11-11 record. The team won their first three games: Monroe, Lake Stevens, and Arlington. Then, the Tommies went down to defeat against Lake Washington and Monroe. After a victory over Arlington, the Tommies lost to Everett, but came back in the next game to swamp Lake Stevens with a score of 63 to 33. The Tommies continued their winning streak with victories over Snohomish, Edmonds, and Burlington. Losing to Mount Vernon made the Tommies fight harder to defeat Sedro Woolley. Marysville fell to Anacortes but in the next game they defeated Snohomish. They followed a defeat by Burlington with a victory over Mt. Vernon. The Tommies ended the season in a slump, losing to Edmonds, Sedro Woolley, Anacortes and in tournament play, Sedro-Woolley and Burlington. 74 MHS MHS MHS MHS MHS MHS MHS MHS MHS MHS MHS MHS MHS MHS MHS MHS MHS MHS MHS MHS 'MHS 'MHS 6016.4 ......Monroe . . .
