Oh here come the forest ranger and the fire warden Carl Woge and Jim Hill We stop for refreshments at Mt Baker lodge and flnd Pat Olson and June Pfelff modeling ski togs Goxng back to the bus we find a 'foot stlcklng from a drlft Pull lt out somebody and Martha Bedfordlskl world famous wongans champion Barbra Slkveland on the slope practlslng what she llorway well well well' skfer' There ls has learned ln On our way again. we come to Lake Chelan A watching a blg splash out ln the water Oh no' Marge large crowd ls Lorens ls snak lng her 254th try at swlmmfng the length of the lake' Taking advantage of the crowd are Donna Anderson and Donlta Sharp with their hot dog stand Merrfll Clapp and her pilot have their own alrlfner now there lt ls above us Those faces lookfng out the window belong to stewardesses Joy Gorder and Marle Storrno In Chelan as we go through the park who do we see but Senator Adrian Damllh. from the top of a soap box spouting forth hls ldeas on why his eminent colleague James Henry Dlcklnson should be presl dent. A llttle southern gal with her halr hanging down ln rlnglets appears to be absorbed ln all this Barbara Faucett has come from her cotton plantation ln Georgfa for a no thern vacation. Look at the beautiful apple orchard' lt belongs to Barbara Bailey she owns half of eastern Washington now There are Doug Wllllama and John Lamont thlnnlng applest Its easier for John because he doesnt have to bother with a ladder Just outside of Cashmere on a blg ranch ls Dorothy Mllls who flnally found her nlche fn llfe spongfng off her rlch uncle General Mills ln the town at the corner of Hollywood and Vine we see Glenn Koplftx and Bob Bayne fn a Cadlllac convertible They made their pfle dlgglng gold ln them thar hills Going south and then west we come into Snoqualmie Pass.
