Entertainment Rusty Speidel and Tom Goodrich of SGL have a good time making music at the IViWC amphitheater. Hiiiii The harmony of SGL rocl(S IMWC into the evening. The Student Association Enter- tainment Committee went all out in the 1986-87 school year to bring MWC students good music that was professional and affordable. The committee, headed by chairman Chris Logan, was not interested in making a profit, but in supplying the student body of MWC with some great music and a great time. A perfect example of their successful efforts was the live band SGL, who performed Saturday, September 6 in the amphitheater. A terrific time was had by all, and the SGL event forecasted some wild weekends to come throughout the year. Students wait anxiously for the show to begin. Student Life SGL — 29

Musical Many close friends of the band members enjoy their performance. Band members include Randy, Ty, Mike, Pete and Kenny. The band Pete Keys and the Poor Boys, is partially made up of MWC students. As part of Alcohol Awareness Week this year they were one of the scheduled events in the Pub on a Thursday night, which at the time was a non-alcoholic night on campus. Those who attended knew what they were all about. They play classic songs such as the Rolling Stone ' s hit single Satisfaction .
