MR. A. R. MERCHENT Registrar Mr. A. Ray Merchent, Registrar of the College, is responsible for planning class schedules and recording semester grades. In iuhlition to supervising student registra- tion for courses, Mr. Merchent al.so serves as a professor in and chairman of the Educa- tion Department. Another of his many activities is counseling student teachers. MR.
