Besides sporting a inagnilieent Uaclillae ear, she has one of the largest arrays of clothes that we have ever seen. Many of her suits and other wearing apparel are 'fashionecl after her own liking, as she expects to he, and we are sure she will he, a great fashion designer. ln her aeacleniie aetivities, Shirley is taking quite a hard course. She has eontinuenl with her iillltlfllv and Latin, perhaps with an eye to the future, for who knows when they may be of some use? She is reineniheriug her niany Latin terms espe- cially, as they are quite useful in the merlic-al fielcl. By this l do not mean that she will he a cloetor, hut such a profession will probably be of major iinportanve in her later life. When not reduced to tears over a friendis disappoint- ment, the cancellation ot' a eolored hand, or a suddenly sprung monthly, Jeanne is always enjoyahly, it not haphazardly, engaged in some activity. She will always possess the admiration of the senior class in regard to the decorations of the junior prom, for which she gained, and riehly deserves, the eoveted position ot presi- dent of the Playworkers.
