86LI'Ll'L8 JMALZJQCL EPIA? TALL, thin girl with beautiful red tresses. For any member of the senior elass this description would be sufficient, but for the sake of bewildered outsiders We shall inform them that her name is Jeanne Berry. Jeanne is one of the quieter members of the senior class and is a student in the true sense of the word. Just one hasty glanee over her report eard would show you that she has received her share of those coveted e,s,', and there is not one subject in which she does 11ot work painstakingly and diligently. The advertising section of the CHRONICLE Board owes her a debt of gratitude for the many ads she has brought in. Jeanne is also a member of the Library Board and works hard for Mrs. Condie in many of her free periods. She is everybody's friend, and we all know that she will go far at Sarah Lawrence. lf present plans Carry, she will have lots of Mary vompany. -24.. 12 Years at Mary Institute Gold Team Chronicle Board, '42, '43 Library Board, Treasurer, '43 Chapel Usher Junior Prom, Chairman of Food Committee . , X wfgwiypy D-3' 5.-v ,W ' A. .r x' ae' 'V 5,4 , ,br V' Something new and different!!

Assistant Head Librarian mx 18 L Dona Consuela in Operetta Q0-a x 1..- hjgiw, a little southern gal who hailed from Arkansas five years ago-a girl who has added personality, charm and Vivaeity to the Class of 432 Bemie will long be remembered for her gorgeous blond hair, a luscious figure, and her little shadow Patty. Efficiency and Glamour usually don't go well together, but in Kay,s ease, the tradition is broken, for not only is she a valuable librarian, but she is also an indispensable member of the CHRONILE Board. Most of us remember and envy Kay for her part of '4Dona Consuelai' in the operetta-not only did she play her part well, but she was also Ma, - - han one of the few leads who did not have to sing.,, If anyone should happen to peek into the home-eeonomies room on any Friday after- noon, she might be able to catch a glimpse ot Eemie trying her best to whip up some new recipe to try out on her c-lassmates. All in all, Kay has been a colorful addition to our class. ...23.. oacg .jczlfderine emid ffm
