JUNIGR President ..... ... John Silezin Vice-President .... .. Gene Burnetia Secretary-treasurer .... ....... D olores Dorsey Social Chairman . . . , . Marjory Zimmerman Colors: Red and Blue Flower: Gardenia Motto: Be prepared for all things, Your junior year marks the turning point of your life. Who, having ex' perienced all the years of high school, would not rather be a junior? That is the year in which you find real joys and pleasures. As a freshman, you were too small to take part in the main athletics, and you were continually called greenhorns. As a sophomore, you did not notice much change. You were just leaving the greenhorn stage. As a junior, you can look forward to another year of sports, enjoy all privileges and good times, plan for next year and your coming graduation. All this-and more, too--is yours to enjoy for another year. Your junior year becomes the best, lt gives more pleasure than the rest, lt gives a feeling of content, Just as if it's heaven sent. In your work and in your play, You find some gain throughout the day, A gain to fulfill your dream of life, A gain to keep you far from strife. So let's give a cheer for the junior year, And for all the juniors that are here. May all of you, whate'er your name, Find your glory and your fame. Arzella Sole '46 FRED E. PACKER . . .
