CECELIA H. WASHING TON Mrs. Washington is the wife of Cornel- ius Washington. She received her B.S. and her Class B certificate from Daniel Payne College and her M.A. from Alabama State University. Mrs. Wash- ington teaches Special Education. DANNY L. LA THAM Danny Latham is married to our first grade teacher, Shelya Latham. They have one child, Amy, who is two years old. Mr. Latham received his A.S. from Walker College and his B.S. from UAB where he also got his M. A .
