Working to meet costs late. I know, but you see Never mind, get to work. Students can be thankful for such employers who understand the col- lege students plight. Loans, grants, work-study, part- time jobs, and the poor student who works fulltime and carries a full load of classes? Who has time for study- ing? With the high cost of a college education today, many students find themselves forced to work part-time jobs, if they are to have any extra money at all, and in some cases a job is necessary to come up with the extra money needed to cover rent for some of the high cost-low quality apartment housing in the college vi- cinity. Local employers are pretty under- standing with college students if they come in a little late or if they need the night off to study for an exam they are having the next day. Lucky students. As more and more people are working for four- year degrees in a five-year period of time to save money by working part- time.
