New records set by track team For the second year in a row the boys and girls track teams combined W forces to run dual meets. Even though meets were held together scoring was . based upon individual performance and team participation. The Lady Lions track team had a strong season. Seven team members earned the right to participate in the State meet. Senior Teri Wiser finished third in State competition. Members of the boys track team had a bit more of a struggle. There were high points such as Steve McGee breaking the school record for the 100- meter run set in 1959.
