Mx -42, S Lewis CARROLL fi if it ff' With these few strokes of the pen Lewis Carroll transported his character, Alice, from her mid-Victorian parlour into a fantastic world of make-believe. This book finds itself confronted with a more difficult task: to transport the reader, represented by Alice, or her companion, the Mad Hatter, into the world of Marshall, a world composed of learnings and skill. Here Alice, typifying the modern student, will learn more than the three R's of her day, as she comes to know the principles that have made our nation great.
