W'hat is she, that all the swains commend her? W'hy B. S. U. president, of course. We might add a little word of her in- spirational qualities and her admirable efficiency, but we could not say it well enough. Florence has been a member of the Science Club, in the Home Makers Guild, a Society officer, a B. T. U. oflicer, commencement representative, a member of the Forensic Council, of the Volunteer Band, and an inter- collegiate debater. JOYCE HOWELL, Clm-Take a load of originality and mix it with a pleasing personality and you have Howell. She has been a member of the Y. VV. A., B. T. U., Y. T. C., Band, Glue Club, Volunteer Band, and Calaarrus County Club. She has also served as vice-president of the C-ll class. vice-president of the Clio Society, and on the Y. VV. A. Council. JANE GUNTER, Nun- Gunter has a way about her. You see it's this way. She has been C-I term president of Nonpareil Society, Sunday School superintendent. a member of the Dramatics Club, of Volunteer Band, and of Y. T. C. ELLEN GOFORTH, Clio-Neat from head to toe, Ellen's looks conform to her sweet simple manner. She left second semester to enter Duke School of Nursing. She was anniversary president of the Clio Society. secretary of New Dormitory, general secretary of Sunday School, president of the Rutherford County Club, a member uf the I. R. C., of the Y. T, C., and a Y. XV. A. oflicer. ORA LEE, Clio-Tiny Miss Lee can talte a whole audience and hold it in the palm of her hand. Quite .2 feat, but she does it casually. She has been a Sunday School officer, president of the Dramatics Club, vice-president and president of the Business Club. Y. T. C. oliicer, and a member of the Speech Choir. ALLINE RHOADS. She has been a B. T. U. officer, a Sunday School oliicer, and a member of the Y. W. A. and Home Makers Guild. HELEN TAYLOR, Clio-Constancy and sweet-nature go a long way in this world, so will one who has an abundance of these qualities. Helen has been a member of thc Glee Club, of the Y. XV. A. council, of the Volun- teer Band, of the Y. T. C., of the Y. W. A., and president of the B. T. U. MILDRED CHERRY, Clio- Cherry is indeed rightly named because her cheerful sweetness can be felt by all with whom she comes in contact. She has been a B. T. U. oHicer and college marshal and in the Classical Club and Y. W. A. , in . BARRON HONEYCUTT-Barron is another of our older ministerial stu- dents who have filled a large place on the campus. Because of the esteem in which he is held, he has been president and secretary of the Ministerial Conference. PAUL BRADFORD-He is cute as a brunette and even as a blond. He has been a B. T. U. oliiccr, college marshal, and in the Classical Club at night. And yet, you can't blame him too much for his pranks, he seems to enjoy them so much. ROBERT DIXON, Phi-'Bob's interests are music and sports. It seems impossible to have the feminine touch on a violin and the masculinity of box- ing combined in one person-but so it is with Bob. He has been in the Orchestra and on the tumbling team. ALLEN SINCLAIR, Phi-Allen is known as the mailman to Brown and Melrose girls. He has been C-I vice-president and secretary of the Philomathian Society, secretary of the Science Club. n B. T. U. oliicer, and a member of the Y. T. C.
