Since their arrival 1n the spring of 1943, they have successfully continued the policies of the school, main tained its standards of education, and in troduced new 1deas ADMINISTRATION To our superin- fendent, lr Kerlin C Wolfe, and our princi pal,lr Walter Nickel, we owe much for their untiring efforts in behalf of the larlette School BOARD OF EDUCATIOI Each of the m mbers of the larlette Township School Board served on his distrxct or village school board before consolidation in 1935 The same board has served continuously since consolidation. To name a few of their outstanding accomplishments since consolidation, one could list: l One of the first schools in the State to organise a larger unit of ad inistration 2 Construction of a modern high school bulldlng 3 Attainment of high standards of accrediting 4 Development of a multiple curriculum. At the present time the Board of Education has resolved that the larlette School shall make a complete readjustment to the coming peace and prepare to take its full part in the education of all children to l1ve under a new 800181 and political situation The community of larlette is proud of its school system and its accom! plishments
