AlThough BrenTwood and Buckley were noT major ThreaTs To The Team's rank, WesTlake proved To be a Tough compeTiTor. The upper school Teams coached by boTh Ivlarsi lVlcCarThy and Tauna Vandeweghe, also had a successful season. Though workouTs were demanding, The pasT experience of The coaches helped To make Them fun. Friday workouTs were ofTen used for improving Technique of flip Turns, relay sTarTs, and sTrokes.
