These scenes between Dianne Presley and Buz Stuck are typical of high school students--the planning of a date, trying to be ready on time, and the excitement of seeing the home team in action all make up a year to remember. JUNIORS Junior Year The '64-'65 year was a tedious year for the Juniors. One moneymaking pro- ject followed another, it was work, work, work to make money for the Jr. -Sr. Ban- quet and Prom. They started the year with a bang, by promoting a cake-walk followed by the selling of candy for Hallo- ween treats. They also sold pennants, sweatshirts, and oven-cleaner. In the Spring, when a young man's fancy turns to thoughts of love, they sold candy for Valentines, followed by a spaghetti supper. Then the word P-R-O-M took on a new meaning, more work. The creating of a theme and working it into decorations, menus, and speeches kept them busy the remaining portion of the year. Through all of this bossing from Mr. and Mrs. Penney, door to door selling, waiting on tables, and being interior dec- orators, they found time, though it seems impossible, to study.
