Wm., X Division is a group of assistants to aid the Executive Officer in his administrative duties. The Personnel office is responsible for enlisted service records and all cor- respondence related to the enlisted men. The Captain's Office maintains officer's records and any related correspondence. The Library contains the Chaplain's Office and is also the educational center of the ship. The Master at Arms force is the ship's policemen and see that regulations are adhered to. The Postal Clerks handle all the mail, which is the biggest morale booster.
