These men also train the Boatswains Mates of First and Second Divisions in operating the four 3 5O gun mounts. In addition they provide instruction for the entire crew on the handling, care, and safe use of small arms. Third Division duties do not end with the limits ofthe MARKAB. They provide technical assistance to all ships that fall under MARKAB's care.
