CTP, the California Teen Project, is one of the most widely recognized clubs on Marina's campus. The club is open to stu- dents of all ages, male and female. Their main purpose is to unite students to battle the number one killer of teens today-drunk driving. To accomplish this overwhelming job, posters and morning announcements warn students of the hazards of driving under the influence of alcohol. ln addition, CTP sponsers the Pressure Points bulletin board, located in the English hall across from the Career Center. The bulletin board is a source of information about drugs, alchohol, and suicide prevention. It consisted only of guys and pledged over twenty members. They are just a bunch of Hwild and crazy guys who were looking for some good times with some close buddies-and they found them.
