l i , Algebra, Geometry Trigonometry, Math Analysis, and Calculus. lf any of these subjects sound familiar, then you have crossed into the paths of the Math Department. With a fine staff behind it, the purpose of the math department is to prepare the students for the future. Whether the future means college or practical living. Math at Marina has been one of its strongest subjects. Prob- ably the most obvious reasons as Mr. Manemann puts it, that it is a Neces- sary tool for the science industry and profession. lf a man advances in tech- nology, his math should also advance at the same time. Man's destiny is to know and to learn the unknown. Haven't the students at Marina been proven it in all these years. Can everybody see the bear?
