X Viking Power Sophomore Football This year's i984 Marina sophomore football team put forth great effort and pride into their game. The combined coaching of Dick Degen and assistant coaches Dennis Masuda and Kent Tucker in addition to the team's great talent, Mari- na proved to be a formidable force against all of its opponents which included such noted powerhouses as Edison, Servite, Esperanza, Fountain Valley, and Foothill. The team was led by outstanding play from running back Sean Magula, quarter- back Todd Destatte, defensive end Troy Pulzin, and linebacker Scott McClinchy. Yeah, Marina!
