This formal dance was held at the Cafe del Rey Moro in Balboa Park, and the band was jasmine. Bid sales were slow during the beginning of the week, leading to a threat of cancellation, but it turned out to be an enjoyable evening, finally realizing a small profit for the A.S.B.
