SOCCER CLUB The soccer team has been here for a long time but few people ever stopped and Watch them play. So this year with the enthusiasm of a bunhc of soccer rooters, the official MARIAN SOCCER CLUB began. With the help of Mr. Ditchfield the group paid their dues and also bought their soccer club sweaters to show others their pride. The team members are thankful for the fans com- ing to their games. The President of the club is Lupita Cortes and her sister, Irazema is the club treasurer. Linda Delgado served as their secretary and Martha Wong as Vice -President. A A

PEP CLUB Pep Club of 76-77 was composed of enthusiastic fans. They were the most spirited club on campus. The group painted many rousing posters and fired-up everybodys spirit. Such posters like , Sit on It, Southwest, Erupt the Islanders , Basketball is Better At M.H,S. Other duties of the Pep Club were selling suckers and making box lunches during Spirit Week. The Pep Club would especially like to thank Coach Silva and Mr. and Mrs. Bryant for opening the gym at night for poster making. . - la.
