Below: Brian Hartman patiently waits for the next match to start. Wrestling had a season of ups and downs. Injury and illness to key wres- tlers at critical times were the causes of the downs. With a healthy team, they placed 4-0 at the Dobson Invitational. The most outstanding wrestlers were in the senior group with Pat Burns 20-4-0 at no. 1, followed by Dave Gonzales, Bruce Ciolli, Marty Dispain, and Brian Hartman. Some outstanding under- classmen were Vick Durazo jr., 18-7, and Mark Wood, 11-8-0. The wrestlers worked hard and practiced every day after school for about 216 hours.
