l l i 4513 Activity abounded on campus due to spirited participation in athletic com- petitions and other school-related ac- tivities. Football games, spirit assem- blies, class assemblies, Homecoming Week, and Spring Week were just a few of the activities that kept students alive, and spirited participation was the key. While the pommies and cheerleaders were kept busy performing at games and assemblies, student council main- tained a hectic schedule, organizing Homecoming, the Christmas dance, Coronation, Morp, and Prom. The group also ran the majority of assem- blies. Other performances, by the var- amy ious bands, orchestra, and choirs also crowded the calendar, providing ex- cellent entertainment for faculty and students alike. Examples of the hectic activities which flooded the campus could be found during Homecoming and Spring Weeks. With activities planned for each day, students participated in t-shirt sales, enjoyed lunch-time D.l.'s, dressed up in response to Hero and Pajame Days. With this hum of busy activity on campus and the various activities, it was easy to see that on the Marcos de Niza campus, WE ARE ALIVE.
