Graduates display mixed emotions 1. 2 Commencement exercises were held May 25 on the Marana High football field. A crowd of people, that filled up the football stadium, came to watch teary-eyed seniors graduate. Addresses were made by Debbie Leslie, valedictorian and Doug Somers, salutatorian, as well as faculty, administration and school board members. Their wishes for the seniors were for the best of luck in the future. 1. Doug Somers, salutatorian, addresses seniors with his personal thoughts. 2. Peggy Allen and Monica Anderson beam cheerfully after graduation. 3. Mrs. Mann helps Julie Hennagir adjust her cap before graduation exercises. 4.
