Cornstocks and pu pkins were used for gay decorations, Freshmen and Sophomores sponsored the occasion. A few games were played and then square dancing. Boys in jeans Q girls in bright skirts prancing. After the dancing we went to eat, Sandwiches, cookies, 5 pop-what a treat! Everyone there seemed to have lots of fun, Freshmen A sophomores decided, well done. LEAP YEAR PARTY ,4gfnY.4v-Q-L , i Y 44.3. .gf 26 'Nfw 6 ae I9 5? 'QD' 1925 L CHRISTMAS BALL 'Twas the 20th of December about 8 o'clock, The school came alive and the walls began to rock. The fire place nestled in one corner so neatg And the people started stomping their feet. The decorations were so pretty that it looked really neat, While the theme, Hiinter Wonderlandu fell at your feet. The people all commented on Gene Slayter's Band, For the music really was grand. The trees on the floor all covered with snow, Gave a magic touch that we want you to know, It was the Juniors and Seniors who sponsored the ball. Everyone that came enjoyed it all. The Girls League sponsored a Leap Year Party, And the rest of the students joined in very hearty. Q9 Each class chose a boy and a girl candidate, Q? For King and Queen on the proper date. ir t N Q, On February 114, 1952, we cast our votes and wondered who- Wbuld be the lucky ones to win, While the rest would sit around and grin, Pat Holman Q John Peckham were the ones the Seniors chose, Eva Sander and Larry Beers from the Junior Class goes, x h CJ Maris Milam and John Tuft, '. were sent by the Sophomores to do their stuff. Q5 ng! John Hallberg and Sally Ann Poole, - 0 LQ' 1 Came from the Freshman Class in school. I ,QL Pat and barry became King and Queen, L 4' 14 And made the nicest ones you've ever seen.
