Wars are being fought in many areas of the world and there is a tremendous drive by the present administraton to build up our armed forces. Job opportunities are scarce and several of you have decided to ioin a branch of the armed forces. Some of you have already enrolled in college and vocational schools which is commendable. Socrates said, lf a man does not know to what port he is sailing, no wind is favorable. Our outlook on life must remain optimistic and we must all move in the right direction if we are to solve the economic problems facing the world today.
