Play- ing to an estimated 3000 people, the largest crowed at an MU concert in nearly eight years. Smyth sang various cuts from Scandal ' s top-selling album, The Warrior. Songs included Tonight , Hands Tied , The War- rior and Good Bye to You . emember these guys. Well on Saturday March 2, 1985 John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown Band p ayed in Decker Gym to an es- timated crowd of 1500 people. The band members names are: Kenny Jo Silva (drummer), Bob cotoia (key- boards), Pat Lupo (bass) Gary Gramo- lini (guitar), John Cafferty (lead vocalist), Michael Tunes Autunes (saxophone). They played such selec- tions as On The Dark Side and Tender Years. Also remember who opened the concert on this evening. J.R. Mangan ' s band start the event. This band is made up of college students here at Mansfield. This concert was sponsored by the Mansfield Activities Council and by the Student Activities Fees. Cafferty 19
