CLASS HISTORY c„.„ They were honored with an assembly written by Bonnie Battin, After the gone, the Queen and her court presided at a victory dance. Almost all of those who attended the game and dance wore mums sold by the Tygers . During the year the Tygers sponsored o number of football and bos ke t ba I I dances. Launching the spring season,they sponsored a dance called Moonlight Serenade , which was a great success. Dancing wasn't all that was in their minds, though. At that time of the year there was a great baseball team, the fine team won not only the planet 's championship but it was also champion of all surrounding Planets in this portion of outer space. And with this great goal accomplished, everyone stilted down for a few months vacation. Kveryone was refreshed from their last vacation before going into the Biff Vorld that was their neighbor. They decided,after some vigorous campaighing, to have Mike Guy rule the planet. Bruno Pemia was their trusted nan Friday, Lolita Beichel was their reliable scribe, and Tom Michols was their helpful Budee teer . To begin their money making campaign they sold mums at the Mans f ie Id-Mas s i I Ion football game, text on the list to be sold were sone sharp red and white booh covers To have enough money to graduate in style, they also sold Christman Cards, stationery, occasional cards, and novelties. The big and talented football team was out to make a record for itself and m a ke one it didf with a seasonal record of nine wins and only one loss it put in its bid for the championship title of the whole planet section. Mow, the bas ke tbal I team was not to be outdone, with a seasonal record of 15 wins and 5 losses, it went roaring into the tournament. So far, all the planetary foes have succembed to the great team. The Tygers were behind their team, and they believed that it could become champion of a ll planets in their section. About this time the editors of the Man-higan., the yearbook, were rushing around trying to get their book into the Publishers. These great co-editors were Katherbie Morem and Sara Stone brook.
