Administration Superintendent Roy R. Russell attended Central State College, Edomond, Okla. making his first seventy four college hours there. He then changed to East Central State College, Ada, Oklahoma where he received his B. S. Degree, majoring in History and Government. He recieved his Masters Degree in City School Administration from Oklahoma University Norman, Okla. Mr. Russell has had eighteen years teaching experience all in Oklahoma. Principal Frankie J. Basinger received his B. A. degree from East Central State College at Ada, Oklahoma in 1953. Mr. Basinger has taught one previous year at Corona, New Mexico and came to Mannford after having spent 2 years in the Army.
