He recieved his Masters Degree in City School Administration from Oklahoma University Norman, Okla. Mr. Russell has had eighteen years teaching experience all in Oklahoma. Principal Frankie J. Basinger received his B. A. degree from East Central State College at Ada, Oklahoma in 1953.
