BILL DAVIS If genius is the capacity for hard work, Bill is well on his way, His special interest is in science, but he does well in everything, and rates in the upper fourth of his class. ROBERT SEIVERT We think that in Robert's back yard there is probably a cemetery for old cars, Certainly no one has had a more amazing assortment of them, When he finishes school he plans to--guess what! -- find a job that includes working with cars. One of the finest honors that come to high school students is to be selected as Girls' State and Boys' State representatives. Last year Bonnie Karlowski and Betty Smischny were chosen to go to Girls' State, while Don Smith, John Richmond, Roger Burkepile, Ed Gardner and Sterling Penman were Boys' Staters, Another annual honor is to be named D, A,R. Good Citizen, The Seniors chose Betty Smischny, Mary Ann Conn and Peggy Ramer as their candidates, Mary Ann was designated as Good Citizen by faculty vote,

DON SMITH As president of the Pep Club this year, Don has proved very successful, as he has in other activities. A friendlier person would be hard to find, Don has decided to wait for the Army's call after high school. BETTY SMISCHNY In many things she is outstanding and studies are no exception as Betty rates in the upper fourth of the class. The school has profited in many ways from Betty's talents. She has always contributed to class and school projects, Betty's art ability has added color and interest to the school programs and class projects, BILL IRWIN If you want Bill to read it, put it in the sports section, On the first-string basketball team for three years, he also played foot- ball and baseball, As sports editor for the Prospector this year, he not only wrote for the school paper, but for the Colorado Springs Gazette Telegraph, too, His other interests? Pretty girls. BONNIE KARLOWSKI Booster Club president, cheerleader, Homecoming queen - and a very pretty one - Bonnie has taken an active part in school affairs, Next year she'd like to go to college,
