Board of Trustees The Board of Trustees consists of selected rep- resentatives from nine church districts which support the college and of other members nomi- nated by the Board. The responsibility of this Board is to see that the purposes of the college are being fulfilled by determining policy and seeing that these policies are carried out. Administrative Committee The Administrative Committee is responsible for the major phases of promotion and adminis- tration. Business Manager Mr. David B. Yeatter, Business Manager and Treasurer of Manchester College, received his training from Pennsylvania State College, Beth- any Biblical Seminary, University of Chicago, and the College of Business Management at the University of Omaha. He has served at Bethany and also in several banks in Pennsylvania. Mr. Yeatter manages the funds and investments of the college. His cheerful greeting betokens a vibrant personality typical of Manchester ' s spirit. Director of Admissions Paul S. Bowman, Director of Admissions, is a graduate of Dayton Junior College, Morris Har- vey College in Charleston, West Virginia, and Bethany Training School. He received a B.S. degree from Manchester College in 1946, and his B.D. degree from Bethany Biblical Seminary in 1950. Mr. Bowman served as pastor of the Pleas- ant View Church of the Brethren for two years, and became Director of Admissions at Manchester College in 1950. Traveling is a special pleasure to Mr. Bowman who has been in all the 48 states and Canada. 26
