On just about any ,,,, i night of the week you can see them in the gym practicing W for the next basketball or football game, or a pep rally at Madonna or Duffy. Sporting a blue M or a red our cheerleaders are the finest source of school spirit. Exhibiting their talents at Duffy basketball and foot- ball games, along with the Duffy band, Madonna's drill team marches with pride for its school. Weekly formation and routine practices are included in the efforts the girls make to keep Madonna and Duffy walking in unity and glory. During our adolescent years our school becomes the ' center of our educational and social life. It takes dedica- tion and spirit to try to instill this spirit into other students. And so Madonna's cheerleaders and drill team should be I'9COgI1lZ8dfOI'il 1GlI'CffOI'iS.
