As soon as you have a question or problem concerning school, where do you go? Naturally, you'd go to the office. The center of school life and affairs, Madonna's office buzzes from early morning hours till late afternoon. Your schedule, report card, and accurate records are the result of our hard working office staff. Their constant efforts never seem to cease. I Maybe you havejinoticed that every morning your home- room is swept clean, papers are picked up and the desks are dusted. Or that the halls seem to shine just as much as the windows do. Perhaps it's because the maintenance depart- ment is concerned about you being able to be proud of your school. They want you to learn and study among enjoyable and comfortable surroundings. Madonna's library is growing and improving everyday like its students. It aims to provide a quiet place for students to study and to obtain research material. Not quite as large as some, yet packed with modern equipment, our library has added projectors for independent study to its facilities. Participation Is What Makes Gur Madonna Thrive To watch the highway overhead empty it- self of cars while the sun sets in the background, To glance at the clock saying four, while listening to the last locker slam, To stand in a silent hall that echoes the day's occurrences, This is what is witnessed in the after-school hours. A meeting that afterwards becomes a session of unburdening troubles, Silly skips with a best-pal when no one is looking, A student-teacher relationship which turns person-to-person, Most of all, accomplishing goals through responsibility and hard work, These are encircled in the special world ofschool activities where happenings are brimming with reflections.
