1, t Religion Classes Gpen Up And Let The Sunsliine In l The 1970's have been referred to as the Age of Aquarius. Aquarians are basically humanitarians and are enthusiastically responsive to all kinds of people. An Aquarian is capable of tremendous dedi- cation and is quick to meet the challenges in life which are the main source of his learning. Dedicated to principles, he will devote his life to maintaining and realizing ideals. These qualities are not restricted to those born under the sign of Aquarius. Anyone vvho is open to society's needs is an Aquarian. The symbol of Aquarius is the water bearer. Water, a sign of new life or rebirth, is the hallmark of our religion. The world of today is calling for Aquarians to meet the challenges its technologybas created. The study of Religion adds to the vvorld by instilling the traits of a humanitarian in each of us. Whether or not this knowledge will benefit mankind is upyto us. Religion communicates to everyone on all levels a message, a way of living. Religion holds a special part in our curriculum as the un-subject. We allgcxan be star gazers , and find God not only in the beauty of the stars but in the starry eyes of people. Open up and let the sunshine in with the Age of Aquarius.
