Genevieve Gordon has become a famous orator of the day. Her subject is “Women First, Last and Always.” Euclid Ford is a detective in Scotland Yard. Lloyd and Bea I isher Webb are planning an expedition for colo- nization of Mars. Lucile Bryant, Corine ‘Tompkins and Edna Grattone were sen- tenced to ten years in Folsom for being leaders of the Women’s Rights Party. Boosters tell of the cleanliness of Madera’s streets. I‘his, it seems, is due to the unlinuted faithfulness of Evelyn Tessier, captain of the street sweeping brigade, and Genevieve Loveland, head of the broom brigade. elizabeth Scott is the head of the United States mints.
