HOUGH Macalester has changed in many ways, the little entrance that fronts on the winding driveway still remains unchanged-unless it be that the passing of many feet has Worn the lime- stone steps a little thinner. Could a tracing be made of the footsteps that have entered and left that little stone portico, what a maze of lines there would be. From Africa's darkest regions to sunny Indiag from Brazil's rolling plains to the rich regions of Chinag from Australia to Alaska, they would leadg and what a fairy tale the history by those many lines would be! f Catch up a tracery of these lines where you will, and though it lead you far-to one end you will find a loyal heart, true to the orange and blue-the other end will lead you back-back to the little entrance where new feet are ever treading in, to fill the places of others left vacant.
