We all cheered on the eight home- coming princesses and their escorts as they played their games of wheelbar- row and piggyback. Who could forget how junior Adrienne Tovar and her ac- complice, Todd McNair, were lgasplj cheating? At the end, Caroline Kelly, Sophomore princess, and her escort, Don Mclntosh, rode through it all to the finish line emerging as the winners. Each class yelled to their heart's content in hopes of capturing the cov- eted Most Spirited Class banner. When the moment came to announce the winner of the rally, we all waited intensely. The victors: The class of '87! The Juniors had put on the best show and took the banner away triumphantly claiming their piece of twenty-one years of Viking history! 1 ..,..-av 28 Rally 1.
