'YQ 45 'S Top Row Cleft to rightl MR WILLIAM T I-IEMMERICK graduate of Springfield College serves as a physical instructor in the Lynbrook schools besides coaching the varsity base ball team and freshman basketball squad MISS FRANCES K HOLMES is the one and only Latin teacher in Lynbrook High School She graduated from Syracuse University MR VERNON G HOWSE a music teacher attended Fredonia Normal School and Houghton College Mr I-Iowse teaches theory and directs the activities of the Glee Clubs MR I RAY IOHNSON our instructor of Ancient I-Iistory and Civics is a gradu ate of Waynesburg College He is also faculty adviser of The Owl Boys Alpha Hi-Y and Director of Activities. MRS. CHARLOTTE B. KINNE attended New York University Columbia and Oneonta Normal School. The subjects which Mrs. Kinne teaches are English I Civics and Economic Citizenship- she is also the Riding Club adviser. OWENS, our I-Iigh School Librarian, is a graduate of St. Lawrence University as well as New York State College. MR. WILLIAM K. PEARSALL, graduate of Rutgers and New York Universities, serves as Office Asistant to the principal in the new administration, in addition to his duties as teacher of European History and Science. No Photograph MISS ANNA E. CULLEN attended Pratt Institute and Columbia University. She is teaching art in Lynbrook I-Iigh and is a faculty adviser for the art staff of the yearbook. 8
