Rrgney navy veterans surrounded by Betty Jo Baker head nurse Martha Cleve
land and Nancy Spmk wrth Carol Cooke as physlcal therapist Blll has broken has
frnger and Ollre ran unto a door nothrng SCTIOUSD after Irstenrng to the thrrllung
game that Ray Anderson pitched and Benny Clary managed for the New York
Grants
Gettrng off the train now we see Charlotte Herrnghaus gust back from a model
:ng campaign ln Europe She has wrth her her gurl Friday Shurley Snelson
We now see Dave Schultz who has recently been on a chess tour around the
world Upon defeating Richard Padgett Dave as now the new world Champnon
Warren Whitaker and Jack Wrllls are not stopplng wrth us as they are taking
their basketball team m the State Frnals
Peggy Wllllams head gurls coach at Umversrty of Cuncrnnatn Sue Hanlon and
Juanita Anderson team co captains have lust gotten off the traln They have an
Important game tomorrow evening so they wont be able to stay for the bug reunlon

Now gettrng off the tram we see John Morrow and Ray Godsey who are chref

Behind that magazrne we see two heads one belonging to Georgia Chltwood
hardware buyer for Woolworth s un Covrngton and the other to Sue Clark assustant
manager at Woolworth s and Company
At the telegraph desk we see Jam Grrfflth and Don McCauley who designed
the new Lushmoblle which IS to be tested by John Kordenbrock face of the hot
rod trackj
Since Audrey Conrad and her husband have declded to make Alaska their
permanent home she wrll not be wrth us due to lmpassable dog trarls
We were so happy that Doris Whrtley was able to fund a baby srtter for her
two adorable children and new house so she could be wlth us for the reunuon
To see what rs causrng thus uproar we push our way through the crowd and
fund none other than Buford McMullan who has of late taken over the George
Cobel show wrth hrs wrnter Paul Reddnng and number one cameraman Bull
Garrison
Carolyn Measner now comrng out of the termrnal has returned to LH S to be
Mr Huey s private secretary
Due to the success of Patsy Whrtaker s new show she and her costume desrgner
Fanola Compton wall not be wrth us long as they have a show tomorrow
Last but not least we have emergrng from the Caboose Janey Lrttle Peggy
Franklrn Ima McGuffey and Gaul Presnell who have been dorng quate well ID
the teachlng professlon
As we greet these last alumnu comrng off the tram we gather together and
start toward our reunron wrth lrght hearts

HISTORY
Clumbung the Ladder of Educatlon we began on the furst rung as
wobbly Freshmen There were 65 of us to follow the leadershlp of
Joyce McCauley as President Presley Young as Vlce President Tommy
Vincent as Secretary and Martha Cleveland as Treasurer with Mr Spratt
and Mrs Hale as sponsors That year we lost Bull Webb and Nancy
Spank After successfully wadrng our way through home economucs
rndustrnal arts algebra I and our bug social event the Skatung Party
we took the second step on the Ladder to become Sophomores
As such we garned Charlotte and Charles Herrnghaus Paul Redding
and Ima McGuffey to follow the able leadership of Jam Grufftth Pres:
dent Earl Garser Vrce Presldent and Sue Hanlon Secretary and Treas
urer To make sure we drdnt sknp from our perch on the Ladder we
had Mrs Confortl and Muss Nolte to prod us on through biology alge
bra II typing I and the Sophomore Sweater Swrng
We were slowly reaching the top of the Ladder as we b gan our
Junlor year Pulllng us up were Earl Galser Presldent Ima McGuffey
In the eventful year we lost from our folds Sue Aytes Carol Sue Barker
Don Trmme and Charles Herlnghaus but we galned Arland Hatton
Nancy Spank and Ollue Rrgney Seelng us through our Carnlval Play
and Prom were Mlss Smith and Mlss Matherly By the time we had
struggled through physics geometry and U S Hnstory we looked up
to see the last rung before us
In our Sensor year we lost Sam Fisher and Charlue Bell but were for
tunate enough to galn Janey Luttle who moved from the Junlors to
loin us Georgia Chutwood and Patsy Whutaker Slnce thus was our last
and most Important year we chose to lead us successfully Earl Ganser
Presrdent Arland Hatton Vlce Presudent Dons Whntley Secretary
and Carol Cooke Treasurer wlth Mr Dncken and Mrs Hutchison as
sponsors Because we went over our set goal for magaznne sales we
went confidently on through the Sensor play Chnstmas card sales
movie, annual and Junnor Sensor Prom
