dl We,the Senior Class of Lucas High School, City of Lucas, County of Richland, Commonwealth of the State of Ohio, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish, and declare, this our last will and testament, in the manner as follows: We, as the Seniors, leave the following to the remaining classes: To the Juniors, weleave the time, work, and fun of working for our wonderful trip. We also leave to you the pleasure of having Mr. Hauck as friend and ad- visor. To the Sophomores,we leave our ability to miss class without getting caught. To the Freshmen, we leave the best years of your life, your last three years of school, in hopes you enjoy them as we did. To the Teachers,who have put up with all our whims and gripes, we bequeath as follows: To Mr. Barger, we leave one broken adding machine and the extra thousand dollars the Seniors made and had no use for, to do with it as he see's fit. To Mr. Hauck, our advisor, we leave our deepest appreciation for the help he has given us through our most difficult year and a new chair for his office. To Miss Ticschinger, we leave the problem of arranging more wonderful Junior-Senior proms, and our thanks for her help in our Junior year. To Mr. Strohmengeigwe leave all the torn choir music and all the silly ideas for community sings, in hopes he drags in all the cabbage. To Mrs. Cushman, we leave Shakespeare and other writers in hope the on- coming Seniors give them a chance. To Mr.Manierre, we leave a banged Chevrolet, a few idear's, and a little bit of everythin'. To Mrs. Baer,we leave the future home economics classes in hopes that they enjoy them as we have this year. . ' To Mrs. Dickson, we leave the broken equipment used in physical education. To Mr. Martin, we leave dirty typewriters and torn ribbons. To Mr. Hetrick we leave the 1955 edition of the Lucannus. To Mr. Free,we leave the wrappers from the candy the Seniors sold at noon. To Mrs. Berry,we leave awhole new book on How to Think Of New Excuses. To the cooks, we leave a book on How to Keep the Family Happy At Meal- time. ' We bequeath to the individuals of the Junior Class as follows: James Goodnight leaves his quiet ways to Imogene Whitinger and his black hair to Gloria Mitchell. Russell Leiter leaves his athletic ability and height to Beverly Connor. Sandy Metcalf leaves all her freckles to Darrell Niswander. Naomi Markham leaves her curly hair and dimples to Gary Pollard. Jean Jones leaves her red hair and wit to Tom McMillen. Kenny Sherman leaves his good looks to Bertha Kurtz. Leonard Haring leaves his muscles to Marilyn Milligan. A Carolyn Hilton leaves her special walk and blonde hair to Bob Davis. 17
