l - N.- Despite the fact that numerous anti-war demonstrations were held throughout the cou ntr without incident of note, the Chicano Moratorium resulted in a display of violence which was unequaled since the Watts riots of 1965. I am you ng, I am twenty years old, yet I..know nothing of life but despair, death, fear, and fatuous superficiality cast over an abyss of sorrow.
