Lieutenant (jg) ' . Uiihard Sinclair. ISNR. Rraduated from Loui- siana State I ' niversity. Baton KouKe. Louisiana, with a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering. He received his commission as Ensign in the U.S. Naval Reserve from Officer Candidate School, Newport, Rhode Island, in July 1964. Lt(jg) Sinclair reported aboard LOWE in August 1964. He then attended Anti-Submarinc Warfare School in San Diego returning in October 1964. to become ASW Officer and Fox Division Officer. Lt(jg) Sinclair was transfered at sea for duty in Vietnam as Commodore of a squadron of River Patrol Boats (PER). Fox Division Di PLYLER. STGl Is there any coffee on the messdeck ? COLLINS, STG The only sonarman with beautiful legs. DONAHUE, STG2 Look Pop ! I ' m leading sonarman. MESSER, STG3 The mad cyclist. WILLIAMS, STG3 Love that Johny Cash. LOFTON.
