JUNICJR MISS Jan Junior Miss was not really a miss at all but a hit as anyone who saw it will tell you. A well chosen cast directed with finesse by Ger- trude Scott produced this enthusi- astically received play. Of course Ruel Mercure's azsistance in staging and lighting assured the success of the production. A bit of relaxation before the cur- tain opens finds Don Englehardt. Ronnie Schelling, Ruel Mercure, El- vin Spreng, Russell Pugh, and John Peasley showing more interest in Miriam Pelberg than their parts call for. Earllne Burnett, Gary French, Louise Krings and Donna Lu Foote recall one of the many animated and amusing scenes from Junior ZJIIiss. ' Some of the older folks -Paul Thomsen, Dean. Hutchings, Theresa Calkum, Jim G-entry, and Miriam Felberg look on with that I wish I were going look as Earline Bur- nett and Delbert Kercher leave for the dance.
