Above: The underclassmen wait in the truck to “drag” main. Right: Fr. Benton, Sue and Theresa show their school spirit. The Juniors sponsored this year’s bonfire, and as tradition goes they made the claim of the “Biggest and Best” bonfire the school has had. The Junior skit was set as a cheeseburger stand and the teacher were portrayed in a little different manner. For the grand finale they threw a mustang into the bonfire. At left: Michelle Penning appears to be having fun on Punk Rock day. At right: It looks like Sue, Anne, and Linda might be having some trouble getting to class, they look confused. Above: Mike and Susie find time to study. Below: The faculty holds a special pep rally for the seniors. Leslie and Cherle get ready for Punk Rock Day. On Wednesday the seniors chose Nerd Day. A manner of “nerdish” clothes were worn. On Thursday, even though the week was coming to a close the kids still showed their spirit by wearing grass skirts and Hawaiian shirts, sandals, and shorts. Friday was Blue and White Day. The sophomores are ready to go to the beach. Sue, where did you get that outfit?

This year’s homecoming royal ty were crowned by 1983 Kinc and Queen, Judy Campbell anc Tom Funke. The now reigninc royalty is Linda Wood and Kevin Kleineweber. The theme select- ed for the 1984 homecoming dance was “Almost Paradise”. The music for the dance was provided by Complete Music. The gym and halls were decorat- ed with the school colors and a little silver and gold to add extra color. Right: Kevin and Linda are crowned.
