“INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: 1. Look through book page by page. Don ' t skip over entire sections. There may be some surprises hidden in them. Wait until you finish looking at the whole thing before passing judgment. 2. Take material in this book with all humor and sarcasm intended. It is not the purpose of it to sarcastically criticize or insult any one group but to insult all equally. 3. Feel free to cut out all gifts presented to you and use them as directed. That is what we gave them to you for (Please excuse ending a sentence in a preposition but " That is the reason for which we gave them to you " sounded kinda awkward.) 4. Attribute any misspelling of your name to the printing company. Everything was perfect when we sent it in of course. 5. If you do not like this book, yell and scream, jump up and down, and write us a nasty letter telling us all the things page by page that you do not like. Then if you are still not satisfied, get someone to introduce a bill in the legislature. I want to be in Newsweek, too. The editor ”
