The world-famous Audubon Sugar School attracts students from all over the globe. College of Engineering In the areas of agricultural, chemical, civil, electrical, mechanical, petroleum, sugar, petro-chemical engineering, engineering science and architecture, classroom work in the College of Engineering is supplemented by work in the field, the drafting room and the laboratory. The College has a cooperative program with a number of companies which alternates college and industrial work over a period of five years.
