SENIOR ADVISORS Each Senior Advisor, with the aid of a Sopho- more Advisor, greets a group of 15-20 freshman girls at the beginning of Freshman Orientation week and guides them with curriculum problems, place- ment tests, registration and an introduction to Uni- versity social life. This guidance continues through- out the semester. Advisors are selected by the Dean of Women on the basis of recommendations by the deans of the colleges, housemothers, etc., and undergo a six-weeks ' training program each spring.
