The Basketball Iamboree was a special pair of games that gave everyone a chance to sparkle on the court. The first game pitted the Alumni against the Varsity. Although the returning players showed a little more flair and style, the varsity team won in overtime 79-77. The Faculty played the Iunior Varsity and upset them 82-81 in a close game. L Av--ii i The Powderpuff game gives loyal fans the chance to get into the act: the girls take the front lines, and the guys occupy the sidelines as cheerleaders. The team in red jerseys, Danny's Fannys, battled against Dan's Doobie Dolls. in white. The final score was 26 to 14 after fumbles, surprise plays, and upsets on the slippery field. Despite the earlier rain and cold temperatures, all the players were fired up and anxious to get onto the field: the teams had been working out for weeks before the game.
